POLICIES:

Please read the following policies before booking an appointment. Clients must acknowledge all requirements and policies as the photographer is not responsible for individual clients' misunderstandings.

Deposit:

Deposits must be paid prior to the set date for the photoshoot or event. The required deposit for all bookings is 50% of the total cost of the overall service. All deposits must be paid through Cash, Zelle, or Apple Pay. The remaining 50% of the total cost for the provided services must be paid within 3 days of the set shoot date before the photographer provides any services.

Refund:

Refund requests must be made 5 days or more before the set date for the photo shoot or event. Any requests for refunds during or after the general 5-day period will automatically be denied. Clients for the provided service will also not be able to obtain a refund on deposits if the client chooses to show up late for the photoshoot or set event. The photographer will only wait for clients' arrival 15 minutes after the set start time. After 15 minutes of waiting and no client present, the photographer has full rights to leave and keep the secured deposit as the appointment will result in a no-call or no-show.

Private Photoshoot Guideline:

All one-on-one sessions with Jay must solely be private, meaning no other person can attend the photoshoot session unless approved by the photographer. This guideline is set in place for the photographer's overall safety and to avoid any distractions.

Communication & Clarity:

Clients are responsible for clear and open communication with the photographer. The goal is to assure clients are satisfied with all parts of their experience and their end result product. Clients are responsible for explaining to the photographer what they need for their experience to be enjoyable and successful.
